VCDM 491- Internship and Apprenticeship in Art and Visual Communication Week 4

This week marks my seventh week of my internship at the World Wildlife Fund. I say it is my seventh week because the internship started before this class had begun. So I have already been working in this Internship for a bit.

This week I finished editing I finished putting the final touches on a video interview about Pakistan for WWF's "Nature Breaking" podcast that they will post on YouTube during the middle of next month. Right now I am in the process of scrubbing through the interview and finding portions that will make for good minute long clips to post to WWF's social media pages. I was last week alerted by my main supervisor that they will be traveling for the next three weeks so they gave me a list of projects to work on for the following weeks until they return on August 15th.  I already have completed two of my assigned projects  this week. The first project included reviewing social media clips that I had picked out and edited from a previous interview that I had completed editing on about Asian Elephants. That will be released in the coming weeks.

I will make sure to post a link to the interview as well as images of my editing work for those clips after the video releases.

The second project was attending was having to watch a Descript livestream where I had to write notes down for what tips could be utilized by the podcast and ultimately help it grow or use new Descript tools to our advantage.

My goal is to start my other tasks when Monday rolls around and have all of them completed by the time my main supervisor returns.
