VCDM 491- Internship and Apprenticeship in Art and Visual Communication Week 2-3

This week marks my fifth week of my internship at the World Wildlife Fund. I say it is my fifth week because the internship started before this class had begun. So I have already been working in this Internship for a bit. 

This week I finished editing a video interview for WWF's "Nature Breaking" podcast that they will post on YouTube around August. I had to a remove a lot of unnecessary words or repeated words suing Descript to make the conversation look and sound smoother. My supervisor thought I did a really good job with editing the video and he's going to do one more edit on it himself to see if there's anything else that needs to be altered before they go forward with finishing and finalizing it. I also got put on my next assignment which is to edit another video interview that was recorded yesterday that will also be released in August. 

Another project I finished was to compile a list of streamers for WWF to collaborate with. When making the list I originally had a hard time trying to find streamers specific to what but I managed to find about twenty five possible collaborators after asking for some advice from one of my co-workers who had previously done this task last year. Without her help I don't think I would've managed to even make it past two.  My other supervisor who gave me that project thought I did a great job with the list and said I could optionally add more streamers to it. I also got put on my next assignment from her to put all the streamers that I found on a google spreadsheet. So I am also working on that as well.
